- I found woodworking while developing my skills in home remodeling. After leaving the retail industry I was looking for a new direction and longed for a way to express what was rumbling around in my head. Remodeling was enjoyable and exceptionally educational but left me still looking for an artistic outlet. After building a couple of outdoor chairs and indoor accessories, I knew this was it. I already had a deep love of the Arts and Craft period of history and decided this would be my focus. Most pieces are copied from the masters of the period but I do like to occasionally add my own elements and style to a piece and make it my own. I feel this in no way alters the true spirit of this era.
